Senior Business Systems Analyst
This is a remote role is with a Syrinx Healthcare Technology Partner based in Portland, ME

Heavy emphasis on Agile/Scrum experience
JOB SUMMARY:
- Design and adoption of light-weight agile development processes based on the Kanban framework and Domain Driven Design.
- Shaped product feature management capability and implemented an agile non-functional requirements system in Jira.
- Provide agile coaching to other software development teams, identifying team strengths, weaknesses, and resolving tensions.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to develop feature roadmaps and rollout, story mapping backlog management, and story grooming to deliver key product features iteratively.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Computer-related aptitude required- experience with JIRA preferred
· Experience working with agile teams preferred
· Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
· Ability to prioritize multiple high priority tasks and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
· General business knowledge required, including specific knowledge of business/products supported preferred.
· Excellent problem solving skills required.
· Excellent customer service and business relationship-building skills required.
· Ability to work independently and in teams.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences and translate business needs to technical audiences.
