100% Remote (PST preferred)

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst and Architect who has some experience with Quote to Cash (sales processes and finance systems such as billing, revenue, accounting)
Responsibilities:

  • Acts as liaison between Distribution, Technology, their Agile team, and other Stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the current and future state end-to-end business process. 

  • Leads discussions and analysis of end-to-end business process. 

  • Utilizes best practices for documenting and diagraming business process to serve as a blueprint for business and technology teams for implementation.

  • Leverages prior experience and represents best practices for business process design.  Identifies opportunities for automation and efficiency.  Identifies opportunities for improved user experience in creating the future state end-to-end business process.

  • Analyze and document end-to-end quote to cash processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency improvements.

  • Evaluate existing business systems, finance systems, and billing processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that enhance revenue generation and accounting workflows.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, including process maps, procedures, and system configurations.

  • Identify opportunities for automation and integration to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.

  • Conduct regular assessments of process performance and recommend corrective actions as needed to maintain accuracy and compliance.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on process architecture, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.

  • Partner with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements and implementations.

  • Lead training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on new processes and system functionalities.

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business process management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
