We are looking for a Business Process Analyst and Architect who has some experience with Quote to Cash (sales processes and finance systems such as billing, revenue, accounting)
Responsibilities:
Acts as liaison between Distribution, Technology, their Agile team, and other Stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the current and future state end-to-end business process.
Leads discussions and analysis of end-to-end business process.
Utilizes best practices for documenting and diagraming business process to serve as a blueprint for business and technology teams for implementation.
Leverages prior experience and represents best practices for business process design. Identifies opportunities for automation and efficiency. Identifies opportunities for improved user experience in creating the future state end-to-end business process.
Analyze and document end-to-end quote to cash processes, identifying areas for optimization and efficiency improvements.
Evaluate existing business systems, finance systems, and billing processes to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that enhance revenue generation and accounting workflows.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, including process maps, procedures, and system configurations.
Identify opportunities for automation and integration to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
Conduct regular assessments of process performance and recommend corrective actions as needed to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on process architecture, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.
Partner with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements and implementations.
Lead training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on new processes and system functionalities.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business process management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
