Plan, execute, and manage projects supporting strategic business initiatives.
Project management planning, execution, and delivery, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
Provide guidance to project team members to IT project coordinators, vendors, consultants, business analysts, business process owners, and other IT resources in the execution and management of projects and programs.
Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the PMO standards.
Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
Implement project communications including project steering committee meetings and status reports.
Manage project risks, issues, and decisions and implement mitigation plans.
Ensure that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives.
Oversee vendor management including managing new system selections and developing RFI/RFP/RFQs.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or related field.
A minimum of 8+ years experience performing project or product management roles on complex projects.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, PMBOK methodologies, and agile certification is a plus.
Experience with Lean concepts and applying them in a technology environment.
Experience working closely with and proactively communicating effectively with management across Company departments.
Experience managing large-scale enterprise-level projects from end to end.
Experience managing and delivering IT G&A Applications (i.e. CRM), InfoSec, and/or Infrastructure projects.
Experience with Clinical (i.e. LIMS), Regulatory, and Compliance a plus (including GxP, SOX) a plus.
