Syrinx is designing integrated customer service-related portals designed to empower Customer Service reps to aid customers when they request help and enabling them to create orders from those requests when possible. The focus will be to design and implement three integrated portals: Customer Portal (external facing), Customer Services Portal (internal facing) and a Benefits Verification Portal (verify benefits reimbursement). These portals will be designed and developed on the Salesforce platform and will be fully integrated to existing our enterprise solutions. We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Consultant to capture requirements, participate in the design the Salesforce portal solutions & configurations and participate in developing an integrated solutions platform. Will be responsible for or participate in the following activities: 
  
•    • Business requirement gathering for customer portal, customer services portal and Benefits Verification 
•    • Create as-is & future-state design specifications 
•    • Research, design and develop relevant Salesforce modules 
•    • Research, design and develop API integrations 
•    • Participate in the design and development of SF workflows/screens 
•    • Participate in the design of reporting and analytics requirements 
•    • Participate in the MVP, POC and future production solution
