Sr. Product Manager (Supply Chain Tech)

Senior Product Manager -Supply Chain Tech Data Visibility
In order to drive continued improvements in cost-efficient perfect orders at scale, the Supply Chain Technology group needs the ability to quantitatively identify opportunities, measure impact, and analyze the impact attainments for its OKRs & features delivered from the product roadmaps. This supports our larger effort to strengthen the build, measure, and learn loop of every one of our 100+ atomic teams. It enables Product Managers to shift into more discovery activities and enables Software Engineers to focus more on solution & delivery activities.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to partner with our Supply Chain Tech Product teams to identify business needs & implement solutions which enable 200+ employees to leverage data assets on a daily basis for quantitative analysis activities on topics like feature adoption, product/user level engagement & utilization, KPI/driver monitoring, anomaly detection, experimentation, and many others. Currently, this work is done ad-hoc by Product Managers, Software Engineers, and Product Analysts of varying degrees of fidelity, from various source systems, and rarely tied to attribution of to the work of the atomic product/eng team. You will be responsible for engaging with Product Management, Product Analytics, Software Engineering, and Design leaders to define, build, and maintain a set of tools and interfaces to deliver this through scalable technology.
Your mission is to drive the vision for SC Tech data visibility product area, and to work with your engineering partners to consistently deliver products that are aligned to this vision. The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, is willing to explore multiple ideas and can quickly pivot based on new findings/shifting business priorities. Additionally you should have excellent communication skills and be effective at selling your ideas to a senior management audience.
What You'll Do:
  • Develop a deep understanding of data engineering infrastructure and the technologies/applications that power the Supply Chain Technology organization
  • Create a product vision and strategy that advances our business goals
  • Translate our product vision and strategy into a well-sequenced roadmap, and ensure that our roadmap evolves as we learn and adjust our business goals
  • Work closely with senior leaders across the organization to ensure the vision aligns with broader company objectives
  • Manage and execute on large scale projects that will build complex data pipelines and data visualization tool sets that provide valuable insights to product teams
  • Disseminate regular updates to key stakeholders and leadership, by using multiple channels of communication
  • Use quantitative and qualitative data to define, monitor and communicate KPIs for your product area in order to continually improve our product in ways that matter most to our users
  • Utilize data to understand the scope, impact and priority of our business objectives, and enable the team to transform that knowledge into system enhancements and new features
What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years experience in Product Management with a demonstrated track record, preferably in a large eCommerce or retail environment.
  • 3+ years’ experience successfully leading and developing highly effective teams and engaging with external stakeholders
  • 2+ years’ experience building data products
  • BA with strong academic record (strong preference for quantitative, scientific, or technical backgrounds), MBA preferred
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically while managing through ambiguity, adversity and conflict to establish focus and deliver against business goals.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building functional and engaging user experiences
  • Examples of success in aligning a vision, strategy and execution across different functional organizations in highly matrixed environments with the ability to think and perform tactically and strategically
  • Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
