• Stewarding quality for e-commerce user experiences including participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation and proactive management of security and data privacy
• Driving technical design discussions for complex e-commerce initiatives

Skills

• 7+ years of React experience
• SWE Mentoring experience- (For the lead role)
• Experience with scaled microservices architecture
• Experience with CI/CD as code
• Written and verbal engineering communications
• Cloud architecture, front to back development
• Improving coding processes, increasing efficiency with considerations for long-term business impact
• Cross-functional communications (will work with product, engineering team, architecture, etc).

Experience-

• Track record of introducing simplest solutions to deliver value, getting more done with less work
• React, and/or Javascript
• Enthusiasm for Agile/Scrum processes
• Experience in education technology
• Experience in e-commerce

Nice to have-

• Experience with Python/Django,
