Position Responsibilities:
·  Web Development with JavaScript and jQuery.
·  Manage Stakeholder communication, execute workarounds and resolve tickets.
·  Coordinate with business users,  external users & 3rd parties for fixes.
·  Support hotfix/patch deployment -Create or maintain SOPs and knowledge artifacts.
·  Basic report/dashboard creation/modification.
·  Coordination with third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues.
·  Support production validation, documentation.
·  Work on enhancements and coordinate work with the offshore team.
·  Participate in meetings with the client for requirement gathering.
Key Qualifications:
·  Strong Salesforce commerce cloud development experience.
·  SFCC SFRA (Store Front Reference architecture) experience is a plus.
·  Experience working on tagging and analytics on the data layer on SFRA.
·  Working experience on Page designer and creating custom components on SFRA.
·  Working experience on designing on SFCC and creating extensions.
·  3rd party integrations using link cartridges and custom cartridges.
·  Ability to work with multiple teams and working on requirements gathering and technical design.
·  Working in agile and tight timelines.
