What You'll Do
- Work closely with members of our frontend team as an integrated full-stack unit to deliver features to market
- Lead requirements definition through consultation of our Product and Architecture teams
- Develop code, primarily in Python, leveraging technologies and frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, and celery
- Build RESTful APIs through interaction with a Postgres database
- Develop caching strategies and performance optimizations utilizing Redis
- Deploy your code as auto-scaling microservice units utilizing Docker on AWS ECS
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8+ years of experience developing full-stack solutions at scale
- Proficient in Python
- 5+ years of experience with popular Python backend frameworks such as Django, FastAPI and Celery
- 5+ years of experience with PostgreSQL and Redis
- Desire to take ownership of projects and delivering solutions
- Comfort delivering code along with full unit test coverage
- Strong desire to learn and grow
