Essential duties/responsibilities:

1. Develop/maintain/test tools that increase team efficiency to support our rapidly growing set of provisioned customers.
2. Work closely with product management teams to develop and maintain customer service facing solutions for the companies’ rostering products.
3. When necessary, work closely with the Account Management/Account Specialist teams to ensure that customer data is integrating smoothly into the i-Ready platform.
4. Work closely with the Account Management/PDS rostering teams to develop clear internal training plans and activities for use with both team veterans and new hires.
5. Provide thoughtful and concise answers regarding questions about various rostering solutions including Clever, OneRoster, and proprietary formats.
6. Assist Provisioning Implementation Specialist team in setting up advanced rostering solutions when the need arises.
7. Provide technical troubleshooting when students/teachers/administrators/enrollments are not rostering as expected in peak times.
8. Participate in a continuous improvement process to identify and deliver new tools, technologies and processes that transform our service delivery framework.
