We are seeking a Salesforce SME to advise, coach and share expertise and best practices as they implement new client engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Work closely with Agile Development Teams, Product Owners, and internal Business Stakeholders to architect technology solutions to meet Stakeholder needs.
Own the technical architecture of the end-to-end solution.
Lead and mentor the Agile Development Teams on the work. Serve as a trusted advisor.
Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.
Ensure that best practices and latest technical capabilities within Salesforce are implemented to the fullest degree possible.
Work towards implementation of standard out-of-the-box (OOB) Salesforce functionality where possible. Implement solutions that minimize the accumulation of Technical Debt.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
8+ years’ experience in developing technology solutions
5+ years’ experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development
Strong customer facing and communication skills.
Ability to communicate technical information to technical and business audiences
Proven ability to design, optimize, and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
Experience and understanding of Agile Project Methodologies
Salesforce Technical Architect certification
Experience designing integrations with other platforms including API, Pub/Sub event capture
Broad familiarity with Salesforce in-platform capabilities
Experience with Salesforce Entitlements
Experience with Lightning Flow
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with investment management clients and client onboarding
Familiarity with Adobe Workfront
Experience with contract management and familiarity with iCertis Contract Management application
Experience with client meetings, meeting material prep, content management, and familiarity with Seismic content management solution
1+ years' experience working in financial industry
