Salesforce Business Architect for Implementations at prominent Fin-tech

Our team is seeking a Salesforce SME to advise, coach, and share expertise and share best practices with our Product group as they implement new client engagement initiatives.
The Architect/Consultant will need to be local and available to commute to the Boston office 2-3 days per week starting in January 2022.
Will start with six month contract role and extend and expand depending on project timeline and the chemistry/need of the Clients.

Responsibilities

  • Primarily: Act as liaison between Distribution, Technology, their Agile team, and other Stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of Salesforce requirements.
Additionally
  • Includes formulating and defining the scope and objectives based on user/business needs
  • Own the business architecture of the end-to-end solution.
  • Lead and mentor the Agile Development Teams on the work.
  • Ensure that best practices and latest functional capabilities within Salesforce are implemented to the fullest degree possible.

Includes standard items like - creating business requirement documents, which should include detailed work flow diagrams, use cases, business process flows and data flow diagrams and track business documentation inside JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Technical Qualifications

  • Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder and Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Any experience in asset management (or similar Financial vertical)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Technology Business Analyst experience
  • Salesforce Service cloud and Sales cloud implementations expert
  • Expert understanding of Agile Project Methodologies
  • 5+ years’ experience in the financial services industry a plus
  • Strong technical skills including SOQL and SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • Ability to perform detailed analysis on technical business systems at all phases of the project lifecycle, and track within Jira, Confluence, or similar experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology related field  

We are open to any Consultant who is Authorized to work in the US, and is regionally located in New England, and can be onsite mentoring and guiding projects 1-2 days a week by January 2022 onward.
