Responsibilities
  • Acts as liaison between Distribution, Technology, their Agile team, and other Stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of requirements.  Works with their team to formulate and define scope and objectives based on both user needs and an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements 
  • Own the business architecture of the end-to-end solution.
  • Lead and mentor the Agile Development Teams on the work.  Serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Ensure that best practices and latest functional capabilities within Salesforce are implemented to the fullest degree possible.
  • Work towards implementation of standard out-of-the-box (OOB) Salesforce functionality where possible.  Implement solutions that minimize the accumulation of Technical Debt.
  • Creates business requirement documents which may include detailed work flow diagrams, use cases, business process flows and data flow diagrams.  Create and maintain oversight of materials and business documentation inside JIRA and Confluence
 
 
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Technology Business Analyst experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service cloud and Sales cloud
  • 2-3+ years of Salesforce implementations experience
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementations
  • Experience identifying problems and needs in order to optimize the business
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technology related field
  • 7+ to ten years’ experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong technical skills including a solid understanding of underlying relevant technical architecture and business processes. 
  • Proven ability to efficiently utilize resources and communicate with others, both verbally and in writing.
  • An in-depth understanding of systems development lifecycle.  Ability to perform detailed analysis on these systems at all phases of the project lifecycle.  Experience and understanding of Agile Project Methodologies
  • Strong SOQL and SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
  • Excellent communication and written skills
 
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder and Sales Cloud Consultant
  • 3 or more years' experience in asset management (or similar vertical)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Workfront
  • Experience with contract management and familiarity with iCertis Contract Management application
  • Experience with client meetings, meeting material prep, content management, and familiarity with Seismic content management solution
