Responsibilities

·        Work closely with Agile Development Teams, Product Owners, and internal Business Stakeholders to architect technology solutions to meet Stakeholder needs.

·        Own the technical architecture of the end-to-end solution.

·        Lead and mentor the Agile Development Teams on the work.  Serve as a trusted advisor.

·        Enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of enterprise solutions.

·        Ensure that best practices and latest technical capabilities within Salesforce are implemented to the fullest degree possible.

·        Work towards implementation of standard out-of-the-box (OOB) Salesforce functionality where possible.  Implement solutions that minimize the accumulation of Technical Debt. 

 

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline

·        8+ years’ experience in developing technology solutions

·        5+ years’ experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development

·        Strong customer facing and communication skills.

·        Ability to communicate technical information to technical and business audiences

·        Proven ability to design, optimize, and integrate business processes across disparate systems.

·        Experience and understanding of Agile Project Methodologies

·        Salesforce Technical Architect certification

·        Experience designing integrations with other platforms including API, Pub/Sub event capture

·        Broad familiarity with Salesforce in-platform capabilities

·        Experience with Salesforce Entitlements

·        Experience with Lightning Flow

 

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience working with investment management clients and client onboarding

·        Familiarity with Adobe Workfront

·        Experience with contract management and familiarity with iCertis Contract Management application

·        Experience with client meetings, meeting material prep, content management, and familiarity with Seismic content management solution

·        1+ years' experience working in financial industry
