Our client, a national veterinary healthcare network for advanced pet care, is searching for a
Senior Desktop Support Tech to join their team in their Woburn, MA office.
***This role is a 6-Month contract-to-hire opportunity!***
***This role will require 100% onsite support.***
As a
Senior Desktop Support Tech, you will be responsible for providing "white glove" IT support to regional hospitals in areas such as but not limited to: email, office products, Hospital Information Systems, Imaging solutions, document management and communication tools. This person will also provide mentorship to junior level IT support professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Providing first contact and incident resolution for various hardware, software, and application problems
- Prioritizing and escalating incidents to more senior level help
- Developing user support materials and training documentation
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- A+ and MCSE certifications required
- 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft environment
- Additional experience desired in: Active Directory, ITIL certification, CCNA certification, Network+ certification
