Our client, the pioneers of the mutual fund and one of the oldest asset management firms in the world, is searching for a RPA Business Analyst to support their team in their Boston headquarters. 

***This is a 1+ year contract with opportunity for extension/conversion!***
***This is a 100% remote to start position, candidates must be local/commutable to Boston for potential return to office.***

As a RPA Business Analyst, you will be the point of contact for the Global Investment RPA program. This person will coordinate with stakeholders as well as technical teams to provide overall guidance for the implementation of RPA solutions (Automation Anywhere preferred). 

Responsibilities:

• Providing analysis of current business processes to identify automation opportunities, evaluating RPA solutions, and reengineering process to improve automation potential
• Leading the development process while creating, editing, and final life cycle deliverables such as requirement deliverables 
• Configuring RPA tools in an Agile environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience 
• 3+ years of experience of operations support or process management experience within the asset management or financial services industries
• Experience configuring RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or UiPath highly desired
• Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a bonus!
