Our client, the pioneers of the mutual fund and one of the oldest asset management firms in the world, is searching for a Financial Business Systems Analyst to support their team in their Boston headquarters. 

***This is a 1-Year contract with opportunity for extension/conversion!***
***This is a 100% remote to start position, candidates must be local/commutable to Boston for potential return to office.***

As a Financial Business Systems Analyst, you will be supporting the development and optimization of data being loaded to Charles River IMS environment for the investment and compliance teams. This person should have a background within finance coordinating with compliance/trading assistants to assist ESG and basic trade flow.

What you will be doing:

• Analyzing current business activities to determine requirements while coordinating with investment and compliance operations
• Modifying existing data loads and source new data that is loaded to CRIMS to meet the needs of the team
• Collaborating with the QA team in developing test plans, reviewing test cases, and potentially providing hands-on testing
• Ensuring proper data processing the the development of data checks/reports to enhance error-free business processes

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience required
• 4+ years minimum within the financial services domain, supporting buying-side technology
• Experience mapping and loading data between systems utilizing both bulk file loads as well as real time messaging
• Proficiency in SQL required
