Background and Overview
The company has recently implemented new technology solutions that enable key business priorities for our Distribution organization.  The initiatives objective was to leverage a centralized CRM platform that empowers our relationship management, sales, and marketing teams to operate efficiently and effectively.  We have implemented Salesforce as the CRM tool and integrated multiple new technologies to manage data and business intelligence reporting and dashboards.
The company is currently engaged in a pilot program with Salesforce Tableau CRM (TCRM) with intent to begin developing new reporting and dashboards for Distribution and Management.
The Business Intelligence and Analytics team, as part of the Global Distribution Solutions group, is responsible for providing sales analysis and reporting expertise to senior management, sales management, and wholesaler's teams. 
 
As a result of the significant technology advancements, we are actively working to build out reports and dashboards using Salesforce Tableau CRM.  The Business Intelligence Reporting role will develop standard and custom performance reports and dashboards in support of strategic initiatives within the Distribution division.

 

Role Description

  • Develop distribution performance and management reporting using Salesforce TCRM.  
  • Develop standard and custom performance and management reports and dashboards in support of strategic initiatives by utilizing the latest data visualization tools and techniques
  • Coordinates requests, gathers documents and business requirements for new reporting needs
  • Leverages knowledge of application to develop reporting which will meet current and future business needs
  • Proactively identifies opportunities to improve and evolve existing business intelligence solutions
  • Ensures quality and data integrity in all project deliverables
  • Provide report and dashboard development and analytical support for business units as it relates to existing and potentially new deliverables
  • Evaluate existing reports & dashboards for potential enhancements and provide more in-depth analytics
  • Execute on project priorities and escalate, providing regular, proactive status updates
  • Consistently documents all phases of project work
  • Leverages strong technical skills and training to develop professional grade reports, and dashboards

Preferred
  • Undergraduate Data Analytics degree with 1-2 years of business experience
  • Advanced knowledge of the latest data visualization technology
  • Salesforce and Salesforce Analytics experience
  • Statistical analysis skills
