Salesforce TCRM Developer/Analyst

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Leverage TCRM Salesforce platform to design, develop, and implement dataflows, recipes with local and external datasets for MFS Sales and Distribution departments.
  • Work with Product Owner for prioritizing sprints and stories. In working with scrum team members, refine stories, plan sprints, and execute on stories in the sprint. Document technical and functional requirements in Confluence. Code, debug, create and execute unit tests to deliver final product.
  • Acts as liaison between Distribution, Technology, their Agile team, and other Stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of requirements.  Works with their team to formulate and define scope and objectives based on both user needs and an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements
  • Creates business requirement documents which may include detailed work flow diagrams, use cases, business process flows and data flow diagrams.  Create and maintain oversight of materials and business documentation inside JIRA and Confluence
  • Communicate with management, scrum team, and clients on progress and issues. Present updates during the scrum team's sprint review. Participate in scrum retrospective.
  • Keep technical skills and certifications current and is well-versed in the evolving Salesforce platform.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as requested.

 

Qualifications

Here is the skillset we are seeking for a Salesforce TCRM Developer Analyst:

  • 5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience in asset management industry
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service cloud and Sales cloud
  • 2-3+ years of Salesforce implementations experience
  • Experience identifying problems and needs in order to optimize the business
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Salesforce certifications preferred – Admin/Advanced Admin, Sales Cloud, Tableau CRM, App Builder
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a business or technology related field.
  • Proven ability to efficiently utilize resources and communicate with others, both verbally and in writing.
  • An in-depth understanding of systems development lifecycle.  Ability to perform detailed analysis on these systems at all phases of the project lifecycle.
