We are looking for a strong techno-functional Oracle Fusion Cloud Business System Analyst to join our high energy FinTech team. Our global team partners with our stakeholders in Finance to deliver high quality  

 

The successful candidate will be an experienced, high-energy, detail-oriented and highly analytic business analyst with experience in corporate finance functions of a high-tech software company. They will have demonstrated the ability to transform business requirements into system improvements that ultimately advance the finance digital transformation initiatives of a growing organization.  The attributes of the successful candidate are described here:   

• 5-10 years’ work experience in a business analyst (system administration) role. Experience in Oracle Financial Cloud (Oracle Fusion). Certified Oracle Financial Fusion analyst a plus. 
• Strong experience with Oracle Financial Reporting in areas of Procurement, Expense, Payables, Receivables, Projects, General Ledger. 
• Hands-on application configuration experience   
• Must be comfortable analyzing data.  Experience configuring cloud applications is necessary.    
• Experience creating and executing unit, integration and user acceptance test plans is preferred.    
• Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization 
• Excellent communication skills are a must

Job Responsibilities: 

• Perform application configuration activities and partner with the  internal organizations to support our business applications portfolio.    
• Analyze operational use of the system(s), advise business partners on best practices, and recommending process improvements to ensure scalability and efficiency.    
• Evaluate product upgrades and recommend system capabilities that would advance business and IT goals.  Define and implement system enhancements that advance the goals of the business, standardize processes, and promote data quality.    
• Own and drive projects to success as needed.     
• Manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize. 
• Represent the company and department outside recruiting and company showcase activities, including conferences, campus events and vendor engagements.
