· We need a product manager to replace a resource that covered two workstreams (more info below)
· Project Summary: We are helping the customer build a complex B2B2C Multi-Tenant platform on AWS that will be sold to many customers. For the first release of the product, multi-tenancy was not implemented.
· The primary focus of this role is to drive the multi-tenancy design and implementation for the program
· This resource needs to have a solid understanding of the AWS platform
· This resource will product the following work products:
o Defining Epics and Stories in Rally
o Coordinate and create content for the end of sprint Product Readout and Demo
o Review artifacts produced by the product owners
o Update previously created document regarding multi-tenancy
· Workstream 1 – Multi-tenancy Back End
o This team is responsible for building the central tenant services that will drive multi-tenancy across the platform
§ Tenant ID
§ Tenant Services
§ Centralized Parameter Store – A key here is determining how we group the settings
o Most of the planning is done for this group until new features are designed.
· Workstream 2 – Multi-tenant CMS (Strapi)
o This team is responsible for building the centralized content services that will be used throughout the product. In summary it will provide all of the content required to render a page for a given tenant
§ Internationalization is used to separate text from the code.
§ Multi-tenant theming is a key part of this effort
· Multi-tenancy Coordination across the entire program
o There are 17+ workstreams across the program. Multi-tenancy has to be embedded across all of the workstreams. This resource coordinates and collects information from across the program.
· Multi-Tenancy Testing
o This resource will need to work with the customer Testing lead to build a test plan and test roadmap for multi-tenancy
o This will involve working with each of the workstreams to ensure that they have considered the entire product flow and what needs to be tested for multi-tenancy.
