Acts as liaison between Distribution, Technology, their Agile team, and other Stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the current and future state end-to-end business process.
Leads discussions and analysis of end-to-end business process.
Utilizes best practices for documenting and diagraming business process to serve as a blueprint for business and technology teams for implementation.
Leverages prior experience and represents best practices for business process design. Identifies opportunities for automation and efficiency. Identifies opportunities for improved user experience in creating the future state end-to-end business process.
Qualifications:
A business process engineer helps develop and improve business processes. This role will use data to measure the effectiveness of current procedures and suggest improvements.
Strong knowledge of the SDLC
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies with experience working in an Agile environment
Experience in requirements planning, functional design, business process modeling and enterprise business analysis and leading these IT streams
7 years of relevant industry experience, financial services preferred but not required
2+ years of work experience related to business process engineering and leading business process engineering efforts
Industry certifications such as CCBA, CBAP in the business analysis are a plus
Look for experience using tools such as ARIS, IBM Requisite Pro or other similar BPM tools
Experience leading work planning, monitoring, and reporting
Experience conducting interviews and documenting requirements
Experience leading design sessions and defining future state processes
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments Strong oral and written communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with preference in technology or engineering.
