2 Senior Developers -> these people should have working knowledge of AWS, Spark, Relational Technologies, SQL, Big Data Systems, Object system design. These people should be able to clearly articulate designs, document and implement POC’s pertaining to platform based initiatives. These people should be able to think abstractly and solve challenges not for the specific but for the general. They will be responsible for leading the technical efforts and managing transitions to project teams and mentoring our junior developers.

2 Developers -> these people should have some of the following: working knowledge of AWS, Spark, Relational Technologies, SQL, Big Data Systems, Object system design. They need to be willing to embrace as part of their work the clear articulation of  designs, documentation and implementation of POC’s pertaining to platform based initiatives.
