Qualifications:
The Project Management Office (PMO), comprised of Program Execution and Strategy functions, is seeking an experienced Project Manager, responsible for supporting the execution of program’s suite of project tools, standards, and risk and issues management processes. This individual will be responsible for administering tools, mainly Microsoft Project Server, to ensure effective and proactive monitoring and tracking of activities, issues, actions, risks and critical dependencies. This individual will collaborate with the execution division, and support communications for various senior program and System stakeholders regarding governance on critical issues, risks, and activities as appropriate for the effective execution of a program of this scale. This role will develop and foster relationships across the program, be responsive to evolving needs, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization • 3-5+ years’ experience managing implementations using MS Project, MS Project Server/Online required • Experience with Tableau • Proven success in executing large, complex, multi-year projects • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Self-motivated, collaborative team player able to effectively interact with team members at all organizational levels • Familiarity with PMI standards (PMP certification desired); For internal candidates, familiarity with Federal Reserve Program Assurance Function (PAF) principles preferred. • Comfortable working in a virtual environment
