Principal Product Director - Commercial Analytics

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a Principal Product Director you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization within a squad of Data Scientist, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts. You will gather requirements from internal stakeholders  to define and prioritize stories that allow us to build world-class analytic based solutions. You will monitor and understand the competitive landscape to ensure our products are sustainable and enable us to better serve our consumers in an ever changing environment.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work within the Commercial Analytics team as a leader for your squad, as well provide overarching strategic support for other analytics and software engineering squads. Within consumer demand forecasting, you will collaborate across the broader organization partnering closely with leadership within Product Management, Technology, UX, and direct to consumer business (e-commerce and physical stores) to deliver solutions that solve critical business problems as we accelerate its ability to better predict and serve consumer demand across the globe. 
WHAT YOU BRING
-  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or an equivalent field. MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
-  8+ years of professional product management experience in a technical environment.
-  Experience developing and driving product vision and go-to-market strategy.
-  Experience leading the end-to-end lifecycle for enterprise products including establishing a product vision, go-to-market plan, product delivery, performance monitoring, and expansion.
-  Demonstrated experience leading an Analytics-based product, with Data Science experience a plus.
-  Knowledge of digital and physical retail planning, merchandising, allocation, and operational processes a plus.
-  Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
-  Ability to lead cross-functional teams, enabling success by removing obstacles and developing strategic relationships throughout the business.
-  Proven track record being a Product advocate; can describe the Product, its value, how it works, how it is adopted, speak to upcoming changes, and tailor the information to the audience.
-  Experience working with and influencing leaders up to the executive level.
-  Ability to prioritize competing needs and make decisions in ambiguous situations.
-  Ability to work in a highly-collaborative team environment to drive customer focused decision making.
-  Experience utilizing both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis techniques to prove business value.
-  In-depth understanding of technology systems and ability to learn the ecosystem the team works in to help overcome roadblocks and inform design decisions.
-  Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban.
This role can either be based in Boston or at World Headquarters in Beaverton, OR.
