Qualifications:
Knowledge and Experience Knowledge and experience normally acquired through, or equivalent to, the completion of a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 0-3 years of job-related experience.

Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software to support desktop operating systems and/or mobile devices and/or telecommunications systems. Perform hardware and system software installation and upgrades including planning, scheduling and testing. Work directly with new hires on PC deployments on their first day. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems. Provide remote and field service support to customers in all aspects of technology (PCs, laptops, hand-held devices, telephone, desktop software, printers, internet, connectivity, etc.)Perform other duties as assigned.
