Responsibilities

· Work on a delivery team to enhance and support software applications

· Maintain, enhance, and develop new database objects

· Maintain, enhance, and develop data interfaces and ETL processes for applications

· Investigate and resolve issues impacting our production environment

· Work collaboratively within IT and various business units across the firm

 

Qualifications

· B.S. in computer science or related field; 5-7 years’ experience. Experience in financial services a plus

· Demonstrated knowledge of modern software design principles, concepts, and practices.

· Working knowledge of the Microsoft Technology Stack (e.g. ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server)

· Familiarity with AWS native technologies

· Experience working in Agile Methodology (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)

· Experience building data abstraction layers using APIs

· Experience with CI/CD and Test Driven Development

· Familiarity with the following is a plus: Terraform, Python, Node.js, Microservice Architecture, Containers, Service Discovery, Secrets Management, IaC, GraphQL, Okta

· Must be detail oriented with outstanding analytical and problem solving skills

· Excellent teamwork and consensus building skills
