Senior Software Engineer Consultant (.NET)

Remote Role 

Client: Syrinx Asset Management Partner

12 Month Contract (with likely extension)

Overview:

We’re looking for a senior full stack .NET/C# focused Engineer to help us align our change from a traditional deployed software model into an AWS service-oriented architecture while still supporting mature projects as we transition them onto the new platform.

• Required Technical Skillsets: SQL Server, .NET/C#, AWS, CI/CD
• Other Desired Skillsets: Terraform, Git, Okta, SSIS, Snowflake, Consul, Vault, Python
• Experience in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence tools like PowerBI and Tableau a plus
• Prior experience in asset management, while not required, a plus

Requirements:

• Senior-level or Tech Lead
• Several years of .NET experience, preferably full-stack.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Technology Stack (e.g. .NET Core, C#)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful API’s
• Enjoys working with data (data transformations, ETLs, etc)
• Extensive experience with Relational Databases, ideally SQL Server
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD, DevOps, and Test Driven Development.
• Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) required.
