  • 5+ years of Product Management experience

Job Summary
We are on a mission to transform the way organizations manage information. Today, the records management and governance industry is made up from dozens of legacy software applications that are difficult to use and costly to maintain. Meanwhile, safeguarding information and remaining compliant in a world of ever-increasing global regulations has never been more complex. 
 
As a Senior Product Manager, you manage and define overall product plan for one or more products and services, as well provide cross functional leadership in defining service scope, value proposition, market positioning, pricing strategy, complexity reduction and roadmap development to drive margin, customer retention and organic growth. The Senior Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product line supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
 
Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the overall market including key industry trends, competitive and customer insights
  • Create and maintain product/service definition, positioning and rolling 4-quarter roadmap to illustrate our vision and plan into the future
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going engagements with customers and non-customers
  • Research and articulate compelling business cases for investment initiatives
  • Working with business analysts, establish and maintain a detailed and appropriately prioritized backlog of actionable user stories based on market problems
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, account management and client success teams in driving growth and customer retention
  • Gather feedback from beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and prototypes to refine products for success
  • Be an expert with respect to the competition
  • Own the price book and pricing strategy for your products
  • Know why we are winning and losing in the market, and drive changes to our product and processes to create improvement
  • Actively contribute to our team's culture of having fun, embracing change, and delivering
  • Act as a leader within the company
