Senior Project Manager Waltham, MA (remote til mid-2021) Direct-hire, permanent
Essential Job Functions:
Drive enterprise-wide, global, cross-functional teams to task/story/epic completion and ensure that we are creating best-in-breed product and service experiences
Work alongside product management to do Jira ticket creation and wrangling
Be the bridge between business and engineering
Work within our Agile Scrum framework, and help define and improve our SDLC
Be a servant leader comfortable working within a matrix organization where your powers of persuasion are key
Be adept at Change Management and Risk & Issue Management
Always keep an eye out for continuous improvement and once identified, drive the improvement!
Continually maintain project transparency
Ability to speak to all levels in your audience
Ability to recognize situational severity and know when to push for actionable next steps toward resolution
Lead effective daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives
Adept at taking meeting notes (attendees, items discussed, what changed, blockers, next steps, action items)
Ability to work with cross-functional teams made up of diverse people with varied backgrounds, experiences and opinions
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, motivate and lead others, improve productivity, handle multiple demands, give and receive feedback, solve problems, all while remaining flexible and fun to work with!

Education
BA or BS degree
ACP, AgilePM, PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc.
Skills
5+ years of software Project Management experience
Superior planning and organizational development skills
Experience with working in an organization going through an Agile transformation
Excellent management skills to coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders within the company with the goal of creating visibility, harmony, and accountability across the team
We're looking for someone that can be a technical project manager, Agile coach to their team(s), ability to work with QA and technical teams, and is able to adapt to changes in teams and projects as corporate needs require
Jira and Confluence expertise
Technical ability with other software (Smartsheet, Github, etc.)
