Remote, MAEssential Job Functions:
- Work with the Product Management and Analytics teams to define requirements and product roadmap, and document the system
- Design and develop dashboards and metrics
- Create best practices, guidelines, and documentation for data repository
- Ensure technical product documentation is completed appropriately and consistently
- Facilitate retrospectives, help refine user stories
- In the role of Product Owner, facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution between teams
- Research and solve data discrepancy issues
- Internal product training and support
Knowledge
- Data analytics
- Experience working with clinical data a huge plus
Skills
- 2+ years of experience gathering and documenting product requirements
- Data query and manipulation via SQL, Excel, Matlab, R, Python, etc.
- Data validation
- Experience designing, wireframing, and documenting user experience and user interface
- Experience using BI tools like Qlik, Sisense, Looker, Microsoft BI, etc.
- Experience with data warehouses
- Experience using requirements management software (e.g. Aha!, Jama, etc.) a plus
- Experience using Jira a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and able to defuse conflicts (if they arise)
- Facilitation experience a plus
- Ability to collaborate in a team or work independently
- Work and respond promptly to demanding timelines with shifting priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Technology savvy with an ability to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- Work well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in math, statistics, engineering, computer science, or other quantitative field; Master’s Degree preferred
