What you’ll do:
- Work in a fast-paced agile environment that allows you to push code to production anytime.
- Design, implement or improve features in a variety of backend systems including REST APIs, micro-services, data ingestion and migration.
- Be deeply involved in the full development lifecycle: design, code, test, deploy.
- Have a say in architectural design and deployment decisions.
- Collaborate with your team members in a fun, easy-going atmosphere.
What drives success for this role:
- 5+ years of experience working with Java/Python ideally in fast paced environments.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and AWS Cloud (mostly for backend).
- Experience in Microservices, Application Programming Interfaces (API) and RDBMS.
- Have a deep understanding of REST architecture and best practices and API design concepts.
- Shipped robust, high-performance, scalable applications to production.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
