Senior Front-End Developer – React
Boston, MA – 100% Remote
12-month contract with extensions

The Senior Developer will be a key member of our growing technical team. The work will focus on expanding the functionality and adding new features to our quantitative financial application. The candidate will have the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging projects using advanced technologies while learning and implementing state-of-the-art techniques in quantitative finance. Creativity is both welcomed and encouraged. The role includes possibilities for growth, leadership and equity participation.
 
 
Jobs Duties:
• Lead the design and implementation of our Javascript (ReactJS) front-end interface
• Implement novel network/algorithm flow visualization and interaction features
• Assist with extending the functionality of our core Python engine and associated class libraries
• Actively participate in product demos and marketing with client prospects
 
 
Skills and qualifications:
• 4+ years in a commercial software development role
• Hands-on experience with with Javascript/ReactJS
• Familiarity with Django & Python
• Creativity and a passion for learning, scientifically-minded & intellectually curious
