Senior .NET Developer
Boston, MA - Hybrid Role - We are targeting local candidates that can be in the Boston office 1-2 days per week.
12 Month + contract (or contract to hire, if desired)
 
Overview:
The Senior .NET Developer will participate in a high level development capacity on a project building a robust, next gen web apps for an asset management firm in modern Microsoft technologies. Previous experience in financial services preferred, but not required.  Experience working with client facing teams, providing automated workflow solutions and data management tools.  Experience and/or understanding of the various domains within an asset management firm (investment operations, performance and attribution, trading etc.) is desired, but not required.

Requirements:

• Senior or Technical Lead level development experience
• Several years of .NET experience, preferably full-stack.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Technology Stack (ASP.NET Core, C#). 
• Experience designing databases with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience building REST API’s
• Experience with CI/CD and Test Driven Development
• Experience building api’s and services for data access and integration purposes.
• Prior experience working with Amazon Web Services is required.
• Prior experience with the Snowflake Data Platform is a plus.
