Senior Release Engineer Consultant:
Position is for a Release Engineer. Required Skill Set: 1. Active Directory 2. Oracle LDAP 3. Strong Security Background Contractor will be expected to manage/support ongoing release work around security initiatives.
Qualifications: Must possess extensive knowledge of Active Directory systems and have direct experience designing, administering, installing, configuring and/or deploying them. Must have strong focus on security with experience or knowledge of information security principals and practical implementations of common security controls, such as: access controls, audit logging, security monitoring, secure communications, encryption Must possess a minimum of intermediate skills in server based operating systems as an administrator, either in Windows or Linux/Unix Must possess skills in troubleshooting and debugging Active Directory technologies as well as troubleshooting network connectivity issues as they pertain to authentication and authorization Experience using and supporting tools for managing and troubleshooting authentication services such as monitoring, reporting, automating, network traffic and application logging/diagnostics, etc. Experience managing or supporting complex directory services in enterprise level environments. Knowledge and direct experience managing or supporting technologies in Identity and Access Management, PKI, Virtual Directory, federated identity management and/or information protection. Knowledge and experience with supporting various authentication protocols (Kerberos, SAML, etc.) 5+ years of experience in creating or delivering strategic identity services Must possess the ability to work as a team member with globally distributed and cross-functional teams. Must have a strong security background with knowledge and experience in managing, designing or implementing security infrastructure or projects Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to support periodic off hours or weekend work to support project activities during scheduled change windows. Additional Qualifications Development and scripting skills focused in the areas of Perl, shell scripting, C/C++, Java, PowerShell and/or MS .NET Framework are a plus. Oracle LDAP Familiarity with NIST Special Publications is a plus Good understanding of SSO. Experience with integrating SSO solutions is a plus. 
Responsibilities:  Provide design, configuration, implementation, and/or management of Identity and Access Management systems for the Federal Reserve System, including incidents, service requests, and projects while in compliance with service level agreements, system standards and industry best practices. Infrastructure support including configuration changes, enhancements and upgrades Provide second level assistance, critical thinking and oversight to resolve complex issues and implementations. Interact with customers and IT service partners to provide consultation on Identity service integration for their applications Can provide a depth of expertise in one or more of the department's major technical Identity services or products, or can provide significant expertise across many products or services. After hours and weekend work may be required in order to perform tasks and maintenance that cannot be done during business hours.
