We are seeking a Cambridge/Area PM/Operations Delivery Manager to coordinate with our Managed Services teams ONSITE in Cambridge MA.

MUST be some onsite.
Authorized to work in USA(W2 preferred. UScit or GC perm resident) [no c2c - applications deleted]
The Project Manager will work collaboratively with different internal teams at our Client site and our client partners to ensure that their projects are delivered on time and complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for Managed Services and SOW execution
- Manage all client relationships and expectations through life of the program
- Lead business process re-engineering activities; consultation related to change management, project management and continuous process improvements
- Manage project risk, up/cross selling, and oversight of team deliverables
- Track and Deliver within the scope of the SOW
- Provide appropriate direction and feedback to team members
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities with processes / support issues.
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of Information Technology/Data and Technical/operations supported projects experience
- Demonstrated SOW execution, management, and team tracking skill
- Excellent advanced client-facing skills including the ability to influence and negotiate with clients; proven track record of customer focus including the ability to foster long-term client relationships
- Ability to manage both onsite team and remote support resources
- Advanced communication skills including business writing and presentations
- Bonus: Advanced ability to understand and present in-depth technical solutions
