Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to be a key partner within the Application Development team. The Business Analyst will have diverse responsibilities focused on technology and system implementations, as well as process analysis, supporting key business and operational initiatives, among other critical activities.
We have several different databases running in the product and we need a Technical BA to scrub the data, provide solutions, set KPI's, documentation and reporting, data collection and recovery.
Primary Functions:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Perform requirements gathering and providing detailed documentation.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, Data Services and Application Development Team.
- Managing competing priorities.
Secondary Functions:
- Participate in enterprise projects lending specific subject expertise.
- Lead projects either as the sole contributor or with other team members.
- Liaison with other groups within Access on company initiatives.
