Project-Delivery Manager, Greater Boston Area USA

Senior Service Delivery Manager - Managed Services and IT Projects Expert
We are seeking a Boston/Cambridge Area PM or Client Services expert to coordinate with and onsite deployment of our expert Managed Services teams!
Authorized to work in USA(preferred), and we need someone who can be ONSITE up to five days a week, though we are open to working out the necessity and viability of some remote days.
The Project and Services Manager will work collaboratively with the primary client at the Client's site, and work with our teams, delivery services, and our client partners in order to ensure that their Services are delivered on time, on budget, and with complete customer/client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project/service documentation
  • Develop and own a clear understanding of "Staffing Initiatives" and Social and Cultural marketing, and outline Managed services scope and delivery
  • Track and delivery of Services on-time, within budget, and scope.
  • Be a strong relationships builder and energetic advocate.
  • Client front and center, as well as tracking satisfaction during and post-sales, and measure satisfaction for all ongoing activities
  • Identify and resolve project problems, issues and risks in collaboration with other SMEs
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years experience professional environment, or large project/company tracking with multiple clients and initiatives
  • Experience with IT delivery and tracking progress, and measuring Risk
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze information and define project-tasks and communicate to stakeholders and Clients.
  • Super-strong interpersonal skills, complemented by the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Any experience in Bio-tech/Healthcare Partnerships is a big plus 
We are not supporting either C2C, or relocation at this time.
