Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Program Management team, this individual will work closely under the direction of the Program Management Office Lead

- Quickly come up-to-speed on and reconciling the status of current Client systems
- Work as part of a small team to identify and remediate discrepancies in Asset Database
- Compare ServiceNow, JAMF, and Ivanti databases to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
- Make changes to correct the databases are assigned and completed and tested
- Identify and update Asset management lifecycle
- Identify and help write Asset Management procedures and policies
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- #1 - Must be proficient in MS Power BI
- 3-5 years’ experience managing implementations of MS Project, MS Project Server/Online required
- Strong experience in projects involving Asset Database analysis
- ANY experience with ServiceNow, JAMF, MAGIC Ticketing, and Ivanti databases
- Demonstrated ability to assign and complete Data development and testing tasks
- Identify, analyze, and update Asset management tracking systems
- Identify and help write Asset Management procedures and policies
- Comfortable working in a virtual environment
