The team will start "Covid-remote", meaning remote start with some(safe) office visits, and move to an onsite/remote hybrid. The Team requires locality to Boston or the Greater Boston Area. NO 100% remotes. No time zones beyond EST. No relos.

This position is responsible for building platform level performance, security test strategy, conduct various types of performance testing in order to measure and analyze system performance (e.g., response times, transaction rates) and verify the system’s ability to meet established performance requirements.
Maintain performance test scenarios & test scripts Perform API performance testing and integrate into CI pipeline. Create builds in Jenkins/Gitlab CI/CD for every performance testing engagement to support regression testing.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Capable of end-to-end testing from requirements, planning, scripting, load test executions and result analysis. Experience in planning and designing performance tests for load, stress, spike, scalability, and volume testing
- Prefer 8+ years’ experience in Performance testing, with a minimum of 3+ experience in a large sized project with minimal to no supervision.
- Have advanced knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Visual Basic, Linux command languages
- Experience in developing Performance testing scripts for Cloud or AWS
- Experience in developing performance test scripts and execution using tools;
- Performance Center, JMeter, Blaze meter
- Fluent with Java // Python, > but Java technology stack required.
- Experience in security testing practices and tools including
- Server monitoring tools like site scope, new relic, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.
- Development Tools such as IntelliJ, Eclipse
- Source Control Systems such as Git.
- Experience working with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
