Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: • Understanding of MS Project Server/Online • Proven success in executing large, complex, multi-year projects • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Collaborative team player, capable of working well with others, but also autonomously with little direction • Detailed-oriented • Familiarity with PMI  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment • Travel 25%-50%.

Responsibilities:
The Project Management Tools Contractor for this project is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the program’s suite of project tools, standards, resource management processes and risk and issues management processes. As a key member of the Program Management team, this individual will work closely under the direction of the Program Management Office Lead to ensure effective and proactive monitoring and tracking of activities, issues, actions, risks and critical dependencies. This individual will work closely with the execution division to ensure it has the information required to be successful. Additionally, this individual will support communications to senior executive management throughout the project enterprise group as well as internal governance on critical issues, risks, and activities as appropriate for the effective execution of a program of this scale. The Project Management Tools Lead will develop and foster relationships across the program, be responsive to evolving needs, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Support the creation and maintenance of project management tools – creating dashboards and dynamic reports using Tableau and leveraging Microsoft Project Server for project status, plans and risk and issue management • Proven experience in designing effective dashboards (via Tableau and any other tools) • Work with project stakeholders to understand current project status and focus areas for project governance • Confirm deliverables, resource needs, and work plans
