Work closely with portfolio managers in handling day-to-day management of client portfolios.
Assist portfolio consultants in identifying and quantifying performance issues relating to client’s portfolios.
Escalate client inquiries and ensure problem resolution and ensure Operations teams proactively manage the resolution process with frequent updates and satisfactory measures.
Research and analyze client inquiries on specific portfolio related inquiries and investment strategies.
Develop and maintain appropriate sales material, including updating presentation packets and product brochures, and review sales literature on a regular basis in an effort to meet client needs and expectations.
Prepare presentation materials for prospective client meetings. In addition, prepare client performance presentations including slides, materials and accurate content to be delivered at quarterly client portfolio review meetings.
Troubleshoot and resolve portfolio related issues, such as performance and withdrawal problems.
Use accounting tools to review the daily portfolio activity and ensure timely and accurate completion of client reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
