Trading Engineer 

• Work closely with portfolio managers in handling day-to-day management of client portfolios.
• Assist portfolio consultants in identifying and quantifying performance issues relating to client’s portfolios.
• Escalate client inquiries and ensure problem resolution and ensure Operations teams proactively manage the resolution process with frequent updates and satisfactory measures.
• Research and analyze client inquiries on specific portfolio related inquiries and investment strategies.
• Develop and maintain appropriate sales material, including updating presentation packets and product brochures, and review sales literature on a regular basis in an effort to meet client needs and expectations.
• Prepare presentation materials for prospective client meetings. In addition, prepare client performance presentations including slides, materials and accurate content to be delivered at quarterly client portfolio review meetings. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve portfolio related issues, such as performance and withdrawal problems.
• Use accounting tools to review the daily portfolio activity and ensure timely and accurate completion of client reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
