Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, deliver, and maintain our presales site, the first experience our prospective members have with a large ride sharing technology platform.
- Use modern tooling for rapid development, integrated testing, and high performance
- Mentor junior engineers, contribute to architecture decisions, conduct insightful code reviews.
- Extensive experience with Drupal, including Drupal 8.
- Proficiency in the maintenance and administration of Drupal modules and sites
- Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and approaches
- Cutting-edge grasp of SEO-friendly practices and Google Analytics
- An understanding of microservice architectures, MQs, and relational databases
- Experience in modern front-end technologies and a solid understanding of ES6+ and CSS3
- Experience with front-end JS test frameworks
- Clear verbal and written communication; demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers from a variety of disciplines
- Breadth and depth of skill to build scalable applications
- An obsession with delivering outstanding customer experience
- Desire to learn new tools, frameworks, languages
- Experience with various software lifecycle tools such as Git, JIRA, CI tooling, etc.
- Experience and skill as a technical interviewer and code reviewer
- Knowledge of Drupal8
- Knowledge of Twig templating
