  Functional Requirement: FR describes what the system, process, or product/services must do to fulfill the business requirement. He should be able to understand the business. Strong Communication skill to communicate with business.  

Technical Expertise:

• L2, L3 Application Support
  • Very strong hands-on experience .NET, MVC, SQL Server (SSRS, SSIS)
  • Strong domain knowledge on Asset Management, Portfolio Management, Trading platforms
  • L2, L3 level of production support
  • Understanding of Agile Kanban
  • Strong domain knowledge - Interface with Business, understand the requirements, have discussions on business terms/impact
  • Strong analysis skills - Analyze functionality, present analysis to client SME, have discussions at technical levels
  • Work on fixes/Incidents as per priority/severity, SLA – Ensure SLA adherence
  • Develop, test the enhancements/fixes and move as per the Workflow defined
  • Strong communication skills – at business, technical levels
  • Collaborate well with the Offshore team in India, have good communication with the team and develop a rapport
  • Contribute to the reporting of status/work – Internal/Client
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve service delivery​
