Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Java a must. Experience with Amazon Web Services is a strong plus. Experience with Micro service development a plus.

• Implement various Java based micro services using Amazon Web Services technologies including Lambdas, SQS, Step Functions, S3, Dynamo DB, and others.
• 7+ years Java development, 2+ years AWS experience, nice to have exposure to microservice architectures.
• Contract to hire if desired

• Demonstrated familiarity with and commitment to DDD, TDD, BDD and/or CI/CD is a plus.
• Highly collaborative
• Comfortable working directly with end-users
• Comfortable working as part of a larger team
• Demonstrated interest in creating a better development process.
