Senior .Net Developer / Tech Lead
Boston, MA with remote flex for WFH 
 
Position Summary: 
We are seeking a Senior .Net Developer who will lead and support initiatives focusing on improving our global travel platform. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test and implement in-house business software solutions integrating with our internal systems.
• Drive and deliver development tasks utilizing .NET Framework, WCF Web Services, SQL Server.
• Analyze business requirements and writes technical specifications with elegant design or redesign for complex applications.
• Achieve overall excellence by managing to an agile development format and fostering teamwork.
• Ensure project goals are met within scheduling parameters.
• Provide technical leadership for development and innovative solutions that move the business.
• Provide subject matter expertise to technical and business staff.
• Provide oversight and guidance to outsourced development efforts.

 
Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science with 6+ years of development experience. Master’s a plus.
• Advanced development experience designing and building web applications, secure web services /SOA, using  C# , WCF, ASP.NET, SQL (Java, Lotus Notes, SSRS, SSIS are plus).
• Strong Design principles to create robust, scalable and extensible solutions.
• Proven success working in a fast paced and like scale environment
• Proven success working in a fast paced and various sized organizations
• A strategic thinker that understands the capabilities of technology and how to leverage those capabilities to achieve business results.
• Ability to thrive in creative and energetic environment
• Application and/or data integration is a plus.
• Knowledge of IBM I Midrange Systems is a plus.
